The Australian Government is committed to assisting separating, or separated parents, and Australian families in general by providing access to services they need as quickly and seamlessly as possible. As part of that commitment, the Government provides grants for Family Law Pathways Networks across Australia to assist professionals operating in the family law system (legal as well as human services practitioners) to better collaborate and coordinate their service provision to families trying to navigate through the system at the local level.
This Website is an initiative by the ACT Family Law Pathways Network to provide up-to-date information on ACT local services which can provide support and assistance to these families. These services include: counselling for parents and for children, mediation services for parenting arrangements and property settlement, legal advice, and more.
